PRESCRIPTION REFILL POLICY

In our ongoing effort to make your pets health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor.

If your pet needs prescription medication, such as heartworm, flea or parasite preventative, or medication to treat an illness, we are happy to provide the medication from our in-house pharmacy.

If you prefer to obtain your pet's medication from another pharmacy, we will happily provide you with a written prescription. We do not authorize faxed prescriptions or prescription requests by telephone, due to quality control and liability concerns.

If your pet needs a prescription refill, feel free to submit a prescription refill request online from our site. We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. Please allow at least 1 business day for us to prepare your prescription refill.
